Drop-In: From 250 NOK per person. Please book a ticket for each person, as unpaid extra guests will incur a fine.

Booking & Heating
Book Ahead: It takes us about an hour to get the sauna nice we will turn it on before you arrive.
Warm & Ready? If you see others using it, it’s already hot and ready to book right away! Feel free to give us a call if you're unsure.

Welcome to Wild Sauna Voss
Located in the heart of Voss, right by Lake Vangsvatnet, our cosy little sauna features a panoramic window so you can enjoy beautiful lake views while you warm up and unwind. When you're ready to cool off, you can take a refreshing dip in the lake or use the cold outdoor shower located right outside the sauna.
Please note: Water access at this location is more limited compared to our Bakka and Lærdal saunas. Wild Sauna Voss is not situated directly on a dock. To reach the lake, you’ll walk approximately 30 meters and carefully make your way down the rocks for a swim. If you’re not comfortable with this, we recommend heading to the public beach about 50 meters to the right, which provides easier access.
To make cooling off simpler, we have built a cold outdoor shower right outside the sauna. Thanks to user feadback we have installed a reflective window so you can have total privacy in the middle of town.
How it works?
Capacity & Booking: Book a Drop-In seat (up to 8 people) or a Private Session (up to 10 people).
Door Code: You will receive a code via SMS and email to open the door padlock.
Pre-Heating: We ensure the sauna is preheated for your arrival. Heating takes ~1 hour in summer and 2–2.5 hours in winter, so please book in advance. If it’s already warm from recent guests, feel free to book and start right away!
Facilities: The sauna has a small changing room and a cold outdoor shower outside. Restrooms are available inside the first floor of Park Hotel (use the entrance to the right when leaving the sauna door).

Key house rules and good practice.
Our self-service sauna operates on Park Hotel property and relies on mutual trust and guest cooperation. Please keep these essential rules in mind:
Drop-In Bookings: Every guest must have a paid ticket. Unpaid extra guests incur a 2,000 NOK fine.
Fresh Water Only: Use only clean fresh water on the stove (fill your bucket from the outdoor shower). Never pour salt water or other liquids on the stove (incurs a 2,000 NOK fine).
Fire Safety: Do not place towels, clothes, buckets, or objects within 1 meter of the sauna stove.
Park Hotel Restroom Etiquette: When using the hotel toilets, please ensure you are fully dry and properly clothed before entering the hotel. Do not ask hotel staff general sauna questions—contact us directly instead!
Footwear & Drinks: Remove shoes before entering. No alcohol, snus, or colored drinks inside.
Locking Up: Close the inner glass door properly, tidy up, keep noise to a minimum, and lock the outer padlock when leaving.
